to let as many people know this story as possible to ruin his reputation. Obviously he has cheated on you. Is he a Chinese? Usually an American agent doesn't do this. They typically don't give rebate, except his/her broker company runs business online. But normally a Chinese agent shouldn't do this either, because this type of cheating may easily terminate his/her business in Chinese community.
