Dispute with real estate agent

We bought a house two months ago. Before we signd the contract, the reatlor agreed to give us 1 percent rebate (He is a dual agent). Later I asked him to write this down on paper, he said it is against his company policy and he's not going to do that. But after closing of the house, he is not will to give the money, he is not even taking my phone call. Anybody has any suggestions on this? Thanks for your help.
