Seller disclosure

I live in tx, there is a seller disclosure.  Seller has to disclosure known defects. I am a realtor in il,  seller has to disclose known defects also.  Do you have a attorney?  If you want to find one' you need real estate attorney. A good attorney should always get you out of your contract. That is what I have been told and I tell my clients the same thing. Luckily, no one in my office have to buy or sell something they don't want to. All I can say, talk to an attorney. Good luck!
