Help about ebay bid!!!

I tried to bid a DELL laptop from ebay and somebody from Italy said he can sell me the same laptop for a very cheap price for me. And asked me to send money to him through western union.
He asked me to put the receiver name as mine and receiver address as his. And he send me the package to me after he verified the transaction. After I received the package, I can ask western union to
change the receiver's name to his name. Anyone has the same experiences? Is it safe enough?
