装花了1000刀。刚装完就受到HOA警告，说违反条例了。条例原文：Basketball Equipment.  No permanent or temporary, freestanding basketball hoops, goals, poles or backboards are permitted in the right of way area adjacent to a Lot.  Such equipment shall not be permanently affixed or left outside and shall be stored out of view.
我想petition，征求邻居的签名，但据说以前有人干过，没钱够足够的人数（65%），后来这人搬走了。如果我petition不成功，就得走legal action了吧。请给点建议把。。。
