你要是想省钱不请律师

他们信里不就是要一千多块钱吗？你给对方律师打电话，告诉他你可以给他们几百块，让律师赚点钱（1/3）。目的就是让律师明白，给你发了封信，谈十分钟，最后他可以挣到1个小时的工钱，这个意思一定要挑明。

Tell him "don't waste your time, I talked to several lawyers, all of them told me is that you don't have a case, won't get much in court, if at all.  Rather than spend my money to hire a lawyer to fight you, I think it's better just work out a deal and save money and time for eveyrone."

你有罗嗦的倾向，千万不要去和律师争论案件具体的内容，你肯定争不过他。我特意不告诉你法律分析，因为告诉你也没有用，对方几句话你就接不上了，最好就是避免讨论法律，直接谈钱。

If he ask you "what else did your lawyer tell you", you answer: "what my lawyer told me is priviledged information, I cant't tell you."

if he says "this is too little money," you answer: "as a laywer you have to let your client make the final decision, why don't you talk to them about my offer and call me back." 

至于offer多少，你自己看，开始offer500以下，最后谈妥500以上，反正一千以下。你去找律师也得花这些钱。谈判的时候，少说话有时是一种有利的技巧。你有罗嗦的倾向，一定要少说话。他说一句话，你顿一顿，想好了再说。
