Find a lawyer ASAP. In this case, you can get money from your insurance company based on your coverage (personal injuery protection, min $2500). From his insurance company, ask for $25,000 for injury which should be his min coverage. You lawyer will know what amount to go for. Of course, they should pay you to repair your car.
