Question on stop-sign ticket

Got a police ticket for ignoring stop sign two weeks ago. I'm not going to argue the fact of ignoring stop sign, it's wrong indeed. I plan to pay the fine, it means to admit guilty. Is there any better way to handle this to? I heard to admit guilty will increase the insurance eventually.
