self-employment tax & SSN tax

Hi,

I am a self-employment consultant and filed 1040ES including 15% sel-employment tax. So, I think I don't need to submit social security tax (SSN tax). My question is: what will be my social security statement for this year? Will it provide the information of my self-employment tax? Thank you very much!
