请看看这employ agreement,不合理呀

是一个幼儿园老师的工作。协议说，to choose to leave the centre,to respect the relationship built between the staff and directorship,I will not open another child care within 50 mile radius of xxx in 5 years.以后也可能自己开一个，怎么办
