I had similar situation one year ago.  I was so angry at that time.  It wasn't all about money. 

I filed a case in my state general attorney's office.  The contract gave my money back very quick.  I don't know what state that you live.  Google your state general attorney on line.  There is instructions and on line form.  Good luck!
