在投资协议上写的是作为co-founder and Minority Investor. 没有参与公司注册。不知是否是Minority owner? 我应该请那种律师为妥？

之前存有最好的愿望，不想撕破脸，未有正式书面交涉，但有email若干，不知可否为证？。 例如：

It has been a while since we last met. As we consistently requested, we'd like and entitled to have a regular financial statements, all bank records, as well as major transactions, such as inventory and use of cash flows. If you have any doubts about this obligation, please consult our operation agreement or any US legal services. We can trust you as far as a friend. However, such friendship can never replace the business formality. If you do not like such obligations, you should have structured the funds as loan or bonds, rather than equity.

Please once again, send us all financial records since the start of company, in formality and completeness.
