Help!!! I want a divorce

I'm on F1 status now. My hu*****and just got his F2 visa and booked an airticket for Nov.3,2004. He is a nice guy bur 'nice' is not enough to keep a marriage going. I talked to him a couple of times over the phone on the possibility of getting a divorce. He just yelled back and we couldn't achieve an agreement. I've made up my mind to divoce him. Whatever it takes. Could somebody - anybody - tell me how to get this done? Either in China or in the U.S. Please.
Married for a year and a half. No kids. You know how I will appreciated for your help. TKS!
