谢谢您的回复。事实上，根据法庭grant的expungment order: 除了non-public的record(保存在州里专门机构中，只能由执法机构必要时获取）之外，所有的其它official records，包括arrest, detention, information, trial and disposition within any Court, detention or correctional facility, law enforcement agency, criminal justice agency or Department of Public Safty, shall be and are by this order sealed.
所以说，实际上，一般的背景调查是已经查不到的。并且，我本人到court clerk去查过，已经查不到了。而此前是可以查到的我当时还复印了dismissal的文件。前一份工作offer的背景调查就是从court clerk查到我的记录的。
