To say a VB is removable is fairly non-sensical. The net and the pole may be but not the court. Is he selling the equipment or the land? If he said it was removable, ask him to remove it without permanently damage the land or otherwise he must pay for the damage.

Take a look at your purchase agreement whether there is an arbitration clause. Otherwise, you may have to go to a civil court. I doubt cost of land and VB would satisfy small claim requirement in terms of damages.
