合伙国内朋友在美办公司的问题

I want to start a company here in US with my friends in China. All the real work will be done in China and I mainly just to get projects and the money from the clients.
My questions are
1. what kind of registration should I have done?
2. how do I transfer money to the partners in China and prove that those are cost.
3. do I need to register the Chinese employees in US and pay tax for them?

Any body has experience please share with me.
