请教老猫及其他有经验的朋友: Is the Automatic Stay Lifted after the Chapter 13

Yesterday, I received the mail from the Bankruptcy court, confirming the Chapter 13 plan for my tenant is confirmed. Does it mean my tenant will no long have the "Automatic Stay" right and I can start my eviction if she do not make the rental payment? Thanks
