1) Could 寄养儿童委托书 be translated English as notarized document to transfer the custody of our child to child's grandparent?
2) Right now we don't have our child's original document(passport and others) in hand. Is it still possible for us to make the notarized document through us local goverment? and what's kind of paperwork we need to do to make this document?
