Sounds like a systematic problem with 人人传讯. Now you have to be really careful in keeping records. Also, check attwireless.com and view your plan and minutes. If the plan description is right, it will say something about 400 minutes inlcuded and 300 additional minutes for the plan, blah, blah. I have exactly same plan as yours. You also need to find out when your billing cylcle starts on which day of the month, it will prorate your first billing cycle. For example, it starts on the 20th of each month, when you signed up on the 5th, you only get (15/30)*700 minutes for the remaining of the month.

Aside from that, 人人传讯 sucks. Those young punks out there were ignorant and arrogant, as if everyone coming their way is cheap bastard. Those bastards treat you like you know nothing about phones and just tried to stuff a cheap Nokia phone to me. I went to Infintel, who was excellent in service. AT$T's plan is the best, better than Verizon. The reception is excellent. Sounds like I am doing sales pitch for them . haahha

Small claims court is the place to go if they refuse to reimburse you. No lawey needed.
