The tenants has no money as she said.  It can't get money from them.  It did not pay 11/2 rent.  Which basically used all deposit.  I won't waste money and effort on that route. 

My questions is whether we can get from  vendalism and malicious mischief behaveior category.   Seems many people don't know.   I don't know this category at first.  My agent tell me.  So I contact to insurance company about it.   I wonder anyone with similar experiences get paid from insurance?

Whether it is like uninsured mortist in car insurance case?
