汇报一下，TN 签证拿到事业金了（本人失业后用TD一直呆在美国，没回加拿大)。

开始被EDD拒绝了，通过上诉赢回来了。主要理由是：

1.able to work: NAFTA

2.available to work: TN has no waiting time. I can get TN stamp at border same day when I get hiring offer.

3.not go back to Canada because my family is here

4.Both my company and myself paid UI, nobody told me that I am not available to collect.
