according to trust, grandparents can live in the house for $100 rental and have the right to sell the house.trustee has no right to sell without their permission but court has the right to sell

Accroding to trust, kid can live there for free too, but of course can't live there with survivor parent for school reason since grandparents wouldn't move out

There is child support owed by trust. trust has no enough cash to pay off. Can court force sell to pay off?

There will be future child support after death too. The issue is that it is based on parents's income normally. But trust has no money except a house. Trust doesn't produce the income. How to calculate the child support till 18 years old? Is there a case like this someoneone can point me the link?
