mutual release agreement是对方先签字然后寄给我的,现在突然又说:This is your official notice that the Mutual Release sent to you on 6/12/2012 has been withdrawn. The sellers are no longer willing to give you back your EMD. If the buyers do not perform, and close this transaction per your contract, the sellers will exercise their options, per the contract.很纳闷,这样就可以取消合同了?那我们签合同还有什么意义啊!
