F1 filed NIW

I am an F1 student. I filed I-140 (NIW).

But I will graduate soon adn found a job. Can I ask the company to help me get H1 visa? I do not knwo if I can get any response from NIW application within one year before my OPT expires.

Any suggestion is welcome.
