Did you check the odomer after they told you that they had found a crack 5 days after you returned the car? If I were you, I would take them to court. It is less about money, it is more about principle. They should have contacted you after they opened for business the Monday afer you returned the car. If 5 days is not too long, then how many days is too long for them to inform you?
