help with my case

My divorce case settled and I filed contempt order myslef againest my ex-hu*****and because he is not paying child support. In the respondent field I wrote his attorney's name / my ex name, in the cittee name field I only wrote my ex's name. now his attorney contact me saying that he is not representing my ex and his name should not appear in the respondent field. He said if I don't take off his name he is going to sue me. what should I do?
