Don't listen to those Chinese real estate agents. They really don't care about your interest and money. They just care about how much they can make through the deal. Do your own homework and you can get all information on line such as new opening, mortgage and rate, appresal and closing company. Make up your mind and don't be misleaded by those Chinese guys
