如果把你放上payroll当成W-2的话, 他需要多付的有以下:

1. unemployment insurance

2. extra person's worth of worker's compensation in some states

3. half of the medicare and social security.

Considering he will not pay you a lot anyway, I don't think he will agree with W-2 approach
