My story:

When my son's father transfer the house from both to my name only. The document listed was "son's father transfer the house to me for one dollar..." when I wanted to sell the house, the buyer's lawyer said the deed was not clear. So I paid extra (about $400) to change to "son's father and me to transfer the house to me for one dollar..."
