Thank you so much for all these info.

Since you mentioned about the tax issue, I guess I can claim her as my depedent when I file the tax. But do I have to establish a guardianship relationship with her before I apply for the tax ID and keeping her under my health/dental insurance? Can I claim her for the year of 2011 tax return?
