看您写的，就是只要130下来，485已经交上去，就算合法在留了。我现在打算赶快交上去130，等父母的出生公证到了，再交上去485。现在看USCIS上的时间表，130都要5个月的时间。我父母的探亲签证明年5月到期，没多少余地了。

-As I said above, your parents can stay here even if they do not file I-485 and illegally stay because their illegal stay does not affect their green card application approval. Also, they can file their I-485 any time after you get your I-130 filing receipt if they do not file I-485 concurrently with your I-130 filing. So, nothing needed to worry about.
