Is it enough for divorce?

If a man has adultery, domestic violence, is it enough to pay 1/3 of his salary for his child support to another party? Is it reasonable for him not to pay the child future college fund?

Is it too much for the man to pay 1/3 of salary for child support and $100,000 for his child education based on this "fault" divorce?
