His quote includes repairs for the damage in the 2nd photo, which has nothing to do with me.  That part is over 50% of the quote.

Also, he told me yesterday that he was going to get a quote for the right front rim.  He must believe that I do not know cars at all to say that.  That was obviously caused by himself when he drove over a curb.  And, this is the reason why I want to report him to HR.
