Thanks everyone.Insurance company didn't cover this procedure based on the policy.

The procedure needs 6 - 9 months. It was stopped due to this conflict.

Can I appeal when I go to the court?

1) The procedure is not complete;

2) Charge is not based on agreed amount;

3) The procedure is not necessary.
