For a family law attorney, depending on where you are, it is not abnormal to charge $300/hr. It is not a question of how many years but the knowledge and experience. I would not trust yelp. You should go to your state bar website to search for attorneys. Prepare a list of questions and interview the attorney to find out how much he knows.
