Thanks. THank you so very much for your kind help. I am filing the forms now. I am actually really surprised that I would face divorce one day in my life. What's more, he wants me to pay off all the money he spent in the past years such as food, clothes, gas, etc. or he would not sign me off!  Guess I really need a lawyer now.
