请问老猫及各位大侠，关于离婚

刚刚查到，我们州的no fault离婚有这么一项“irreconcilable differences”- irreconcilable differences have caused the breakdown of the marriage for six months with no reasonable prospect of reconciliation。

请问如何出具证明呢？怎么证明？

另外，如果file这种形式的离婚一般需要等多久？如果刚刚申请下绿卡就file离婚，是否对绿卡有影响？
