我不是完全信任他，所以送去之前我（做了备份）删除了所有的文件。但我还是有点信任他的，因为在我的电脑系统不让我格式化硬盘时(possibly due to some virus)，我停止了进一部的尝试。我想：不至于会去吧。。。

The place for the missing screw is located in another portion of the bottom cover.

I wanted him to help to clean virus. Reinstoring Windows XP is one OK option, since I have made backup.
