CoolVoice, you may misunderstood my point. My previous post is about my observation of America work place in general, not observation of your case in particular. As a fellow chinese, I wish you the best luck in your future endeavors.

When I said "wrong or be wronged", I meant "误解 和 被误解”。 It's very easy to get both even if you work with the rest of your team in the same physical location. It'll be a lot worse if you work remotely. I don't doubt Mr Drummond planned the firing as it's required in any big company. However, there must be a strong reason bebind that decision. You can call him racist, but I havn't seen much evidence yet.
