how to obtain a copy of will? truss and death certificate?

My friend's hu*****and died after their seperation. Their divorce isn't final. Her hu*****and left a truss as she knows. How can she obtain a copy of her hu*****and's will? Is his hu*****and 's estate attorny required by law to provide her a copy of will, truss documents? Etc.

If she isnt on the will or truss, can she ask for the copies on behalf of their daughter?

Also, where to get death certificate quickly? it takes 6 weeks from county office with fee.
