Criminal law in China (Canton)

Hi, I had a Malaysian business friend who been lockup by Police. He is having business trip and as business entertainment, he is with a women posititute in hotel,the women demand some big money and he refuse.Then the women accused his rape her. Now police want to charge criminal offece of rape to lock up him. Anyone know how to solve this problem?
