在美国做出的裁决

从中国到美国的货物被扣（就是zim line not release the freight at terminal therefore no one can get the cargo, some of them already on demurrage)

没有执行是因为对此裁决不服（对方在美国所请的律师跟法官有很深的私人交情）但不知为什么也没有后续举动

现在我就是想知道：Zim Line这样做合法吗？如果我们有证据说明这些货柜不是属于我们公司的，他们有权力这么做吗？
