but now I only want to know two questions ,
1)Can collection agancy hurt my credit history without notifying me as long as I don't want to pay?
2)Can WRA has right to send my case to collection agency even Cigna has a solid reason to refuse pay?

I believe maybe Cigna doesn't want to pay and hope I can
pay automatic without blaming it, but this is a dream !
