is not responsible for her miscarriage. The boss gave her paid leave is being nice already. (I assume carrying 50lb loads is OK for a healthy woman. If this assumption is not true, then there might be a case. However, as everybody is nice here, a lawsuit or threaten of a lawsuit does not do good to anybody.)
