回复:关键点是在家里和大街上的正当防卫有何区别
Self-defense is self-defense and there is no defense. Only when you are facing imminent death or serious bodily injury or threat of imminent death or serious bodily injury can you use reasonable force to protect yourself. Notice even that does not give you a free pass to kill. Whether a force is reasonable is a question of fact which is determined by a jury or a judge in a bench trial. You may think a deadly force is reasonable under certain circumstances but the jury or the judge may think otherwise.
