Thanks! I did consult an Attorney about the case, I prefer to file without contest even I really look down upon him, at least it has been 10+ years. He is not the person who will listen, he knows my weakness, I don't want to hurt our child, wish someday he understand this is not his home anymore and he is not welcome to stay. I am not sure how long I can wait before I file the divorce myself.

What a miserable life!
