请问各位大侠一个投诉医生的问题

我5月份写信到MEDICAL BOARD 投诉一个OB. 然后收到BOARD一封信说要我SIGN一个WAIVER FORM:


“Enclosed is a Waiver form, which will allow the board to use your complaint during the course of any legal proceedings. Please be aware that by signing this Waiver your identity as the Complainant will no longer be confidential.”

想请问一下，如果我SIGN了，我会有什么不好的法律后果吗。
