ebay 拍车求救

一不小心在ebay上拍到了一辆车，1998 Lincoln : Continental， 96000miles, 净价5300得手。加上税，手续费，运费，大约需6800。
现在及其懊悔，极不想要，但是seller是个公司，写着：如果我不按期付清费用，就要去告我！
按规定今天晚上之前，就要支付10%的钱了，但是我实在是不想要这辆车，但是我又害怕他去告我！现在怎么办阿！
它又写着：If you have "0" or negative feedback, you must contact us prior to placing your bid in order to confirm your intentions. If we do not get an email with a phone number from a bidder without feedback, your bid will be cancelled immediately. 我就是have 0 feed back，为什么没有把我的bid immediately cancelled掉啊?

各位大哥大姐！有什么好的建议阿！！救命压！！！！
