公司解雇我的理由是我不能有效完成交给我的项目,
顶头上司是个技术文盲,在这里我不想过多地说。只想问,这个理由应该不能构成:Willful misconduct in the course of your employment. The term wilful misconduct means deliberate misconduct in wilful disregard of the employer's interest, or a single knowing violation of a reasonable and uniformly-enforced rule or policy of the employer, when reasonably applied, provided such violation is not a result of the employee's incompetence?只要着一条不能构成,那我就合格申请失业金。
临走的时候,hr说,你又没有steal什么东西,应该可以,虽然我不能100%保证。
大家觉得怎么样,会有问题吗?
