顶头上司是个技术文盲，在这里我不想过多地说。只想问，这个理由应该不能构成：Willful misconduct in the course of your employment. The term wilful misconduct means deliberate misconduct in wilful disregard of the employer's interest, or a single knowing violation of a reasonable and uniformly-enforced rule or policy of the employer, when reasonably applied, provided such violation is not a result of the employee's incompetence？只要着一条不能构成，那我就合格申请失业金。

临走的时候，hr说，你又没有steal什么东西，应该可以,虽然我不能100%保证。

大家觉得怎么样，会有问题吗？
