Help:trouble with a moving com

I asked a moving company to ship my car from western coast to eastern coast. At the very beginning, they said that it would take approximate 7-10 days to deliver. It has been more than 3 weeks. and I have not received my car!!!

Every time I called the company. They said 'the car is on the road'. 'You will get your car next Monday'. When I called next time, they gave another date. Again and again.

I feel very helpless and depressed. It is so unconvenient to live without transportation. I do not know how to deal with them. What can I do besiding waiting and waiting.

法居士 and other friends, I really appreciate if you could give me some suggestion. Do you think it is quite normal for the moving companies delay their delivery?
